Orders are sent out within five working days. Please email me if you have a special request and I can see if a special request is possible.

1st class Royal Mail not tracked - £3.50

1st class Royal Mail tracked - £5.50

Royal Mail International Tracked - £12.50

Packaging
The packaging is recyclable and some of it is designed for you to keep.   Please re-use or recycle the packaging provided. I opt for eco-friendly packing materials where possible.

Jewellery is sent in a velvet jewellery pouch and ready to give to yourself, or a loved one. You will receive a polishing cloth and a care card with instructions on how to best look after your piece.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault. If this is the case then please send me an email including a photo and I can send out a replacement or we can agree on a change. If your item arrives faulty then please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it.

Commissions

I love doing commissions! You can even send me a plate or a ceramic you have for me to make something from it. Please email me on lucykathrynss@gmail.com
